Zeinab Mirza is a political commentator and a lecturer at the American University of Beirut. Previously, Dr. Mirza was a lecturer at the American University College of Science and Technology and the American Universal College. She has taught courses in Political Science, Diplomacy, Human Rights, and Public Relations. Holder of a PhD in Political Science from the Université de Paris, Dr. Mirza has also worked as a consultant and has conducted a study on “The Impact of the Euro-Med Agreement on the Olive Oil Industry in Lebanon” for the Lebanese Ministry of Industry. She served as an observer in the Lebanese Parliamentary election, and as a Public Relation Manager at Global Investment Network. She was the Vice President and a Board Member of the Association Libanaise des Droits de l`Homme (ALDHOM) and a member of the Program Advisory committee, at the College of Business at Effat University in Jeddah. Zeinab was recognized for her contributions and was named “Ambassador for Peace” by the Universal Peace Federation UPF-IIFWP (Interreligious and International Federation for World Peace). She has also been a guest speaker at several renowned conferences.
