Elisabeth Hörnfeldt is an experienced innovation and project manager at Scania. For over 25 years she has led projects and teams across innovation, sustainability transport, corporate environmental affairs, and communications. Currently she manages Sustainable Integrated Transport Solution HITS 2024 – an innovation project with the aim of developing new sustainable smart transport solutions.

Previously she worked as an advisor for the Association of Swedish Engineering Industries (Teknikföretagen). She was educated at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
