Jessica Pehrson has worked as a social worker for 20 years. She currently works at the Erica Foundation, specializing in trauma treatment for young children and adolescents. Jessica’s training includes various methods such as child parent psychotherapy, EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) as well as psychodynamic therapy. She is also involved in organizing crisis interventions offered by the clinic to families in acute distress, following events like the sudden loss of a family member.
Jessica has previously worked in BUP Trauma Clinic and at a shelter for abused women and their children. She’s also a singer-songwriter, releasing music both as a solo artist and with her duo Förstaden.
