Siddartha Ardhya is a researcher at the Stockholm University Demography Unit (SUDA) and the Department of Sociology and has a PhD in Economic History from Lund University with a focus on economic demography. His research examines labor market and health inequalities with a specific focus on the outcomes of immigrants and their descendants. Siddartha is currently the principle investigator on a project funded by Vetenskapsrådet (VR) dealing with unemployment and poverty dynamics among the children of immigrants.
